Bringing sustainable, high-quality educational support to underserved communities in the North of Haiti

Limbé: A New Chapter with the Same Mission

ACADEMIA* is a community-driven program in the North of Haiti, implemented by Kids Connection Haiti (KCH), addressing significant academic deficits faced by vulnerable students in rural areas of the country, which hinder their success in national exams and perpetuate cycles of poverty.

Our focus remains the same: empowering at-risk young adults in Haiti through education, life skills training, mentorship, community service, and career development so they can become financially independent and active members of their communities.

Through ACADEMIA, 12th-grade students receive tailored academic support to help them prepare for Haiti’s State exams, along with life skills training and career development workshops.

For the 2026–2027 school year, we will offer full scholarships to the most engaged and motivated students from the prep classes.

None of this is possible without people who believe in investing in Haiti’s young adults. By becoming a ZANMI-KCH (“friend of KCH”), you can help make this vision a reality.
