All KCH students grew up facing hardship: poverty, instability, or the loss of a parent's income. Without an education, escaping that cycle is nearly impossible. Ongoing violence in Haiti puts dozens of our students at risk of losing their schooling and care unless they find a sponsor.
The Frank Krafft Engineering Scholarship Fund
We were deeply saddened by the passing of Frank Krafft on March 20, 2026, and grateful for the privilege of having known him for over 25 years. A longtime, loyal friend and supporter since the very beginning of KCH, Frank was far more than a donor. Frank was part of our story, and his generosity has shaped the lives of so many of our students.
In honor of his life and legacy, we are establishing the Frank Krafft Engineering Scholarship Fund. This fund will support students pursuing studies in engineering - and offering them the opportunity to build better lives and communities. This fund is being launched with a founding gift from Frank’s estate, and we invite you to help grow its impact.
Together, we can extend Frank’s legacy: opening doors and investing in futures that might otherwise remain out of reach.
